To View Chat Transcript:
First you need to login into your Control Panel, click on Operators’ Chat Transcript under Hits Log and Reporting. Then select the operator from the drop down list, there you will see the listing of the transcripts for the selected executive with the Operator's name, IP address, the date and the time, the chat was initiated.
