How to Add Live Chat Software into Website - Quick Step Guide

Follow these easy steps to deploy live chat into your website for interrupted customer communication.
- Open www.live2support.com and click on Sign-up link.
- Fill and submit the sign up form. Confirm you have read Terms of Use.(The information entered should be correct as it will be used in further steps e.g. email address will be used for sending your login information).
- After completing signup process, you will receive an email which has your login information and steps to integrate live chat on your website. Click on http://live2support.com/cpn/login.php. It will open the login window, enter the information and submit.
- On successful login, a new window known as "Control Panel" will open. Click on "Get code” under Setup & Integration option in black bar to get codes to insert in your web pages.
- After clicking on Get Code option, a page having several code options will open. You can choose the option as per your requirement or choose default code option.
- After selecting the options, click on Get Code button. Copy all codes from text box. (Please ensure to copy everything from the text box)
- Open your web page in any text editor or HTML editor.
- Paste code on desired location (where you want to display Live Support graphics on your web page) and save the web page. Now upload web page to your web server. You would see live support is enabled on your web site and you can monitor & chat with your web site visitor.

- When a visitor generates a chat, you will receive an audio alert and a chat request notification in Visitor Monitoring window. Operator can accept chat by clicking on IP address. A new window (Operator Chatting Window) will open & chat session will start.
